Salary: £43,000 plus £3000 Car Allowance

We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established community Complex Care provider as an Regional Complex Care Nurse Specialist in the Leicester/East Midlands area.

You will be responsible for overseeing the care and support of clients, helping them to achieve their full potential and experience an increased quality of life. You will support the Senior Clinical Team in the assessment process and setting up new Complex Care packages, as well as carrying out patient centred care plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity to care for your clients, tailor this care to their needs and have full support to implement changes you feel would benefit your client and their families.

This role will be home based working Monday-Friday office hours (with a degree of flexibility) and will include some travel around your region to clients homes. A fantastic salary is on offer of £43,000 plus £3000 car allowance.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• A band 5 or above Nurse with experience in either Complex Care, critical care, ITU, HDU or similar
• Experience with either adult or paediatric patients (you will recieve training to upskill you if you've only worked with one or the other)
• Passionate about delivering excellence in clinical and holistic care.
• Current NMC PIN
• Flexible working approach
• Recent Tracheostomy and Ventilation experience with up to date competencies in both areas
