The Complex Care Team collaborates with elderly individuals and those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or mental health issues. We conduct assessments under the Care Act 2014 and assist residents in determining the most effective ways to lead independent lives. Joining the Complex Care Team provides a chance to engage with a diverse range of individuals, adding variety and interest to your caseload. Previous experience in this field, including conducting safeguarding inquiries, is essential for this role.
