Job Role: Complex Manager

A unique opportunity to join the enthusiastic and professional staff at an award-winning holiday destination. We are looking to recruit a Complex Manager for our client's busy and exciting holiday park.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring that food and beverage areas set up for the day s business
- Ensuring that staff are briefed and directed accordingly
- Helping to come up with new ideas and run events within the facility.
- Helping to train the staff to quality first class standards
- Working closely with the company to design menus to fit with the growth of the resort.
- Ensuring that Food and Beverage rooms are cleared at the end of each event
- Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
- Help create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company s health and safety policy and procedures
- Will have experience as an F&B Manager or Supervisor within a guest focused environment
- Will be passionate about F&B and will enjoy the buzz of running a venue
- Will have an excellent eye for detail
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
