Job Title: Complex Needs Practitioner - Children & Young people
Hours: Full time / 37 hours per week
Salary: Starting at £23,500
Location: Birmingham B5

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice, screening, brief and comprehensive assessments with individuals & families
- Hold a case load of young people with Complex Needs.
- Provide face to face appointments in the community ( schools, family centres, residential homes ) with young people suffering with issues related Substance Misuse
- Provide brief and longer-term structured interventions
- Develop & review care plans with service users
Required Experience
- Previous employment within a similar role
- Previous experience working with children / young people
- Driver and access to own vehicle
