Complex Needs SupportComplex Needs Support needed for School in Eastbourne We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to support children with a range of different Special Educational Needs. Hearing impairment, speech and language delay, and ASD. This role will be supporting children with difficulties in communication and speech, providing activities to improve and development of speech and pronunciation. This school is a nurturing all-through Complex Needs provision providing a positive environment for learning in which all children and young people can feel safe, secure and supported in their learning and development. About the role: Supporting Children with a range of needs; Autism, ADHD, Communication difficulties, Foetal Alcohol Syndrome. Work in a Supportive and friendly environment; supportive staffing environment Full time: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 3.30pm Start date - ASAP About you: Be confident in supporting children with communication barriers Some experience or understanding of Special Educational Needs Understanding of Non-verbal and Speech and Language difficulties Be reliable Makaton trained preferable Be proactive How to apply You can apply for this role below or get in touch with us directly.
