Job Title: Complex Needs Support Worker

Contract: Temporary With Possible Extension

Location: London

Hourly Rate: £15 - £18

We are currently seeking dedicated Complex Needs Support Workers for a client based in London. As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in providing specialized assistance to individuals with Complex Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify and understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with Complex Needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to address specific requirements and support goals.
• Providing hands-on assistance and support with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being.
• Facilitating therapeutic interventions and activities tailored to the diverse needs of each individual.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and social services, to ensure holistic care and support.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of interventions, progress, and any incidents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in supporting individuals with Complex Needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly on mixed shift patterns.
