In the Compliance Administrator role, you will be: 
  • Supporting with all aspects of right to work checks and compliance of laws
  • Ensuring the correct documentation is prepared and recorded aligned to current legislation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance records
  • Providing relocation assistance to employees outside of the UK with visa applications, housing, schooling, banking, dentists etc to support transition into the UK
  • Liaising with teams, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, lawyers and other to ensure rules are adhered to ready for audits taking place daily, weekly & monthly
  • Providing support to the senior management team with day-to-day administrative support
To be successful in the Compliance Administration role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in administration, data or a compliance based role
  • Strong attention to detail, IT skills and an ability to check/validate data (Microsoft Excel is essential)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and with employees at all levels of the business
  • A highly motivated and proactive approach with an ability to challenge the present circumstances within all aspects of administration
  • Knowledge of Right to Work checks and UK Immigration Rules (advantageous but in-house training will be given)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a developing & growing business
