Our client are currently seeking a highly experienced administrator to join their team
Responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Fire Compliance Officer and Fire Compliance Administrator to action a large number of fire actions that we have from our recent Fire Risk Assessment (FRA). The work will cover all company properties
- Contractor and customer Liaison
- Inter department liaison
- Saving of fire reports, updating of registers
- Possible site visits if required - arranging access
- Assisting the fire compliance officer with any other tasks
- Assisting management with any fire related tasks
The Successful person will have:
- Previous experience in administration
- Full drivers licence
- Able to complete a DBS
