Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join an organisation based in Oxfordshire, on a permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator:
- Provide administrative support surrounding property compliance including gas, asbestos, legionella, fire and electrical
- Ensure up to date records are maintained surrounding regulatory and statutory compliance areas
- Raise and authorise purchase orders and invoices for works completed
- Provide advice to tenants and property services colleagues
Essential Requirements of the Compliance Administrator:
- IT literate
