An exciting opportunity has opened for a Compliance Administrator within Hippo Motor Group’s Compliance team. The sucessfull candidate will have responsibility for supporting the Compliance and quality assurance function. The role will suit an individual who wishes to pursue a career in fields such as Compliance, Financial Crime Prevention and Quality Assurance.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• Support the compliance team in all day-to-day activities.
• Respond to daily queries from operational teams and supporting departments across the business.
• Help manage and maintain the various logs, boards, and systems.
• Assist in thematic reviews and quality assurance tasks to ensure best practice is being adhered to across the business.
• Support the gathering of data and documents for commission and DSAR pertaining to Compliance and Data related complaints.
• Build strong relationships within the business to further develop the compliance and ethics culture.

Skills and Experience

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Good investigation skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with working within agreed time limits
• Able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS office systems including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
