Our valued client based in Cardiff, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to support with the recruitment process. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking for a step into HR and Recruitment, and looking to expand their skill set and knowledge of HR and Compliance.
This is a full time and permanent opportunity located on the outskirts of Cardiff. Due to the nature of the organisation, this will be a site-based role from Monday to Friday. In return, you will be joining an extremely experienced team, gaining hands on and invaluable experience, along with a salary of 23,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and processing compliance from start to finish for staff.
- Process DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and References.
- Work closely with senior members of the team.
- Accurate, driven, and detail-oriented to ensure all needs are met before an initial start date.
- Use a variety of systems to for correct data reporting and corresponding.
- Supporting the process of staff on a VISA.
- Working closely with recruitment.
- General administrative tasks.
- Worked within Human Resources or recruitment supporting compliance.
- Chasing required documentation such as DBS, References, Right to Work.
- Confidentiality, professional, and committed support to the team.
- Strong IT skills.
- Previous experience working with HR Systems, Microsoft Office.
- Hands on approach, with a strong drive and initiative.
- Support management with high volume of tasks and administrative tasks
