Compliance Advice Manager

Are you an experienced compliance professional looking for your next step? Do you have working knowledge of FCA requirements and regulatory framework?
Our client, an award-winning investment and technology solutions firm, is looking for a Compliance Advice Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Helping to ensure that the Executive Committee, management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory bodies
• Provide proactive and pragmatic Compliance Advice to the business
• Monitor and coordinate compliance activities of other departments, and direct any issues to appropriate channels
• Identify trends and areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, providing data and reports to management
• Identify alleged breaches of rules, regulations and policies, and assist in corrective action and advice where compliance issues arise
• Assist in developing and maintaining compliance training programmes
• Assist in development and ongoing maintenance of Compliance Policies and Procedures
• Keep the Compliance Team and the wider business up to date with regulatory changes.
• Undertake regulatory reporting as required

About you:

• Working knowledge of FCA requirements
• Experience of providing Compliance Advice in an agile change environment beneficial
• Well-developed analytical and reasoning skills
• Willing to help out with wider compliance tasks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
