SalaryRole: Cyclical Maintenance & Compliance Administrator

Salary: up to £23,975.04 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: 9 Month contract
The Role
We are looking to recruit an administrator, on a 9-month contract in our Asset Management Team. You will be supporting our cyclical maintenance team to deliver services such as gas safety and electrical testing to all of our properties to ensure we keep our customers safe in their homes.
As our team administrator, you will have experience of working within a customer focused environment and have excellent communication skills; you will enjoy communicating with others both verbally and in writing.Y ou will be experienced in maintaining accurate data and records and will be confident in using a range of IT systems and databases.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Processing and maintaining accurate data and servicing records within the asset management database. This includes the updating of servicing records, adding attachments, checking documentation for completeness and accuracy etc
- Undertaking contract administration of Asset contracts which will include taking minutes and filing.
- Auditing the data held with the Asset databases and perform quality checks on a regular basis.

- Previous experience working in a customer focused position.
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet performance targets.
