Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Collaboration: Engage with suppliers to gather and review accurate due diligence information, ensuring seamless filing on internal and customer platforms.
• Due Diligence Monitoring: Monitor and report on due diligence throughout the supply period,
• Recall and Traceability: Conduct supplier recall and traceability exercises,
• Approved Supplier Lists: Maintain and update approved supplier lists internally and for customers,
• Environmental Data Management: Collate, review, and analyse supplier environmental data related to food waste, carbon emissions, water usage, and sustainable farming certification.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Educational Background: University degree in Food Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or a related scientific field.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Platform Management: Experience as a management/super user of online sustainability platforms, with the ability to handle large datasets.
• Autonomous and Collaborative: Able to work autonomously and collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels and disciplines.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in Compliance and Sustainability reporting.
• Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, deadline-focused, and committed to achieving excellence.
