Your responsibilities will include.

  • Maintain efficient office systems and ensure the provision of a full secretarial and administrative service for the Senior Nursing team.
  • Co-ordinate reports for submission to various external and internal bodies.
  • Assist within the MHA office with general administration tasks
  • Assist the Governance and Compliance Administrator in ensuring the effective and efficient maintenance of files and computerised databases, collate and analyse data from a variety of sources, produce reports and statutory returns that meet the defined quality standards in terms of accuracy, format and timeliness.
  • To provide administrative/clerical support as required, which may include, arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, circulating minutes and monitoring the completion of action points.
  • To cover for other members of the administration team in their absence

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experienced and proficient in all Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Administrative and secretarial experience
  • Ability to work with complex databases.
  • Minute taking experience.
  • Numerical and verbal literacy skills
