Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00-4:30)
Could you be our next Compliance Auditor working atour site between Salisbury and Fareham?
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive auditing support to the Compliance Manager and supporting the site to remain compliant in line with the Audit Schedule. This role will see you conduct onsite audits and recommending risk mitigation to managers. You will be ensuring that processes and procedures are followed and compliant with company policies.
As part of this role you will;
- Perform risk assessments on key business activities in stores and warehouses, guiding audit focus with standardised checklists.
- Complete assurance audits in line with contract requirements
- Drive standards and performance of the contract.
- Investigate breaches of procedures, report to Compliance Manager and provide support for necessary actions.
- Be involved with internal, audit stocktaking procedures & coordinate with external auditor when required.
- Stay updated on new systems, procedure changes, and company issues.
- Prepare and perform internal quality audits (to include firm-wide compliance reviews) in line with the Risk Audit Schedule
- Formulation and maintenance of the annual audit schedule
- Support the Head of Operational Support in the preparation of the annual Risk Audit Schedule
For this role you will need:
To be working towards a relevant accredited qualification.
Educated to NVQ Level 2 standard or equivalent experiential experience.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office functions.
A clean and valid UK driving licence.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD environment and have familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility.
You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
You must be a British National.
