- Proven experience in compliance management, ideally within wealth management or investment management

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain compliance policies tailored to the needs of our the firm. This includes the full delivery of compliance reports to the board

- Execute and oversee the compliance monitoring plan to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance concerns - you will be the face of the Compliance function and will need to represent Compliance in all steering meetings

- Stay updated on industry changes and update policies accordingly
