Compliance Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Compliance Manager to work full time in our Provider Compliance Assessment Team to help improve our services. The PCA team, work with sites to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, visiting services on a regular basis, highlighting areas for improvement, completion/requiring urgent attention and ensuring these are followed-up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, enjoy and check systems regularly, recognise either when there is missing information or something is not correct, compile reports, work with colleagues to ensure completion of action plans. They will provide reports - findings from reviews and visits to the Director of Policy and Regulation, Regional Directors and Registered Manager..

Candidates must be able to work individually and within a team, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, diplomacy and be well organised, working on occasions to tight deadlines. It would be desirable for the postholder to have nursing/professional or regulatory background.

Candidates should expect to regularly travel from their home base to our sites in England and Wales but ideally would live in Wales or south of England to cover those areas.

You will need a Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for the purpose of fulfilling this role.
