Compliance Monitoring And Testing Officer

Reed are delighted to be assisting an international banking group, with multiple jurisdictions in their recruitment for a Compliance Monitoring and Testing officer position in the London office. This is a critical role in ensuring adherence to industry standards and safeguarding the wider operations function. 

Responsibilities: 

• Planning, executing, and conducting compliance testing reviews aligned with UK regulatory requirements. 
• Develop corporate annual compliance testing plans, quarterly summaries and compliance testing methods. 
• Engage with internal parties to make sure they fit compliance and risks requirements and assist with employee training. 
• Subject matter expert in either financial crime or regulatory compliance risks area

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years experiences in financial crime and internal audit (banking industry) 
• Excellent communications skills between multi-disciplinary team. 
• Strong industry domain knowledge.
