Role Description

• -Ensure that the site QMS meets third party and retail requirements and audit standards.

• Implement a process in which to review relevant audit standards and industry legislation through gap analysis.

• Implement new, or update current procedures to reflect all customer codes of practice, industry legislation and other audit standard requirement.

• Provide assistance to the on-site trainer to ensure that updated company policies, procedures and work instructions are effectively implemented across the business.

• Lead all site audits and co-ordinate Internal Audits as per the schedule and ensuring that actions are communicated and closed out within agreed timescales

• Take an active role in the HACCP Team including attending meetings and undertaking any required documentation reviews

Skills and Qualifications

• Level 3 HACCP/ Food Hygiene Qualification

• Experience in Food or FMCG
• Experience with QMS systems
