This role sits within Risk (Conduct/Prudential) with the aim of providing expert advice on regulatory matters. There will be line management responsibility for two members of the Policy and Advisory team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain highest standards of conduct and data protection
• Provide SME on all conduct-related sourcebooks (BCOBS, MCOB, CONC and others)
• Managing a small team
• Producing MI for presentation to board-level

Skills/Requirements

• Retail banking background
• Experience within a Risk/Compliance function
• Compliance examinations (CeMap etc.)
• Team lead experience
