Compliance Risk Analyst

We are currently working with a global financial institution to recruit a Compliance risk officer position on a-day rate contract.
You will be responsible for establishing internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm\'s risk appetite and protects.
To be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following skills/experience:

• Experience in compliance, legal, regulatory or other control-related functions in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of compliance laws rules and regulations
• Knowledge of the EU General Data Protection and privacy regulations
• A proven track record of managing risk management frameworks in a large complex organisation

This role will be hybrid with 3 days working from the office in Belfast. Although the role is initially for a 7-month period there is a high possibility of extension.
