Compliance Team Leader
Salary £35,000 - £38,000
Mondays to Fridays 09.00 - 17.00/Hybrid working model
Location - Long Eaton
The role:
This is an opportunity for an experienced Compliance Analyst looking to progress into an exciting Compliance Team Leader role within a small, upbeat and professional organisation based in Long Eaton.
You will be accountable for the co-ordination and development of the Personal Lines Customer Service Department. Ensuring the department adheres with all compliance requirements.
Duties include:
Develop and execute all training & induction procedures for the business
Ensure regulatory Compliance and oversee best practices across the business
Identification of training needs, current and future, from audit
Development and monitoring of the company training requirements and of appropriate internal training and development policies
Provide feedback to Directors on performance trends
Provide regular feedback and coaching to a team of 4, encourage team working and conduct 1:1 reviews with all reports as and when appropriate
Ensure the team meets 21 day renewal target
Carry out annual appraisals with all team members in line with Company procedure
Experience required:
Knowledge of the key covers and significant terms and conditions of all policies that are recommended
Knowledge of the Personal insurance markets would be beneficial however not essential
Understanding FCA guidelines
Experience of working within financial services
Data Protection
Money Laundering
Bribery & Corruption
Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
