Hours - 37.5
Location - Kent
Rate - 18- 22 PAYE Per hour (Paid Weekly by an umbrella company)
Analyse complaint, identifying issues, themes and concerns.
Review information already provided by division, ensuring that it has addressed each concern and identified learning/improvements where possible.
Identify any outstanding information required to address the complaint concerns
Use information to draft a Trust response to the complaint
Skills required are:
Attention to detail.
Strong communication (particularly written)
Drafting experience desirable.
Analytical skills desirable.
Adequate typing speed.
Knowledge of case management systems (Datix/InPhase)
Not essential but clinical knowledge
Not essential but knowledge of the Trust
