Composite (Carbon-Fibre) Laminator

Are you an accomplished composite laminator with the capability to produce high quality visual and structural work, with experience in the maritime sector?

Due to onoging projects and an increase in demand for high quality carbon work our customer are looking to appoint a number of composite laminators on a permanent basis at their facility just outside southampton

Manufacturing parts, hulls and decks for the high performance and ultra luxury sectors they are a highly respected brand within their sector and are currently working through an order book stretching well into 2026. 

In the role of composite laminator you will:

- Work from production CAD drawings to manufacture a range of parts and components

- Work with wet-lay, resin infusion and carbon fibre to produce high quality composite parts that could either be used for structural or visual purposes

- Be able to use and understand a variety of resins and materials to produce products that are fit for purpose

- Work with other internal departments to ensure fit and finish are accurate

- Take on exciting new composites projects based on customer demand

In a candidate we require someone with excellent skills in composite laminating who is ready to join a well knowen, established brand with a loyal and longstanding team. You'll be provided with a clean and tidy working environment with flexible working patterns and overtime available. You'll have at least 5 years experience working with carbon fibre, ideally in marine and be seeking a permanent opportunity
