Earlies - 06.00 to 14.30 Monday to Thursday (includes 30 minutes’ unpaid meal break) 06.00 to 11.00 Friday
Lates - 14.15 to 22.45 Monday to Thursday (includes 30 minutes’ unpaid meal break) 10.45 to 15.45 Friday
Salary: £28,823 + 12.5% shift allowance
We are seeking skilled Laminators to join our composite laminating department, focusing on the production of visual carbon components primarily for automotive clients. Candidates must possess expertise in working with pre-preg materials, vacuum bagging, and autoclave curing processes. Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is pivotal in ensuring the department operates efficiently, meeting job requirements while upholding the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities of a Composite Laminator
- Conduct laminating and tooling activities across a diverse range of products.
- Verify clarity of information on drawings and accuracy of route card instructions.
- Collaborate in the development of processes aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency.
- Maintain all equipment in optimal condition.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the department.
Key Skills of a Composite Laminator
- Proficient in pre-preg autoclave processes, particularly with carbon and glass materials.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of following procedures, work instructions, and manuals meticulously.
- Strong verbal communication and attentive listening skills.

- Experienced in fast-paced work environments.
- Previous involvement in motorsport or automotive composite work is highly advantageous.
