SalaryA manufacturing company near Oxford are looking for a Production Composite Trimmer to work in the composite team reporting to the Finishing Team Leader on a range of products working in a team environment you will be working to produce composite components of the highest standards.
Main Duties:
Ability to trim GRP components using air saws, routers and diamond cutting discs, if required
Trimming GRP components to meet specific specifications
Application of skills in Composite techniques
Checking and identifying defects requiring rework.
Assist in other areas of the manufacturing process as directed by the Team Leader for this section.
Basic Housekeeping duties, including maintaining a tidy workstation and working area.
Be accountable for your own work.
Correct use of PPE.
Uphold company HSE standards and report any shortfalls.
Qualifications and Experience:
Be a confident and experienced Composite Trimmer
Ability to complete parts to a high standard
Attention to detail and a methodical approach
Good team player being able to work independently or as part of a team when necessary
Able to work to deadlines in a time conscious manner.
This is a permanent full-time role, hours are Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm, salary range is
25 - 30k depending on experience with full training given and overtime is available.
25 days holiday, a yearly bonus, Bupa Healthcare, sick pay and contributed Pension along with plenty of free parking. Due to the location, you must have your own transport.
