SalaryMy client has an immediate requirement for a Compressed Air Engineer to join their team of field service engineers, ideally based around the Chessington, Surrey area. Although the role is field service, you will be back home every evening.
The successful Compressed Air Engineer will travel to customer sites, and carry out the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of Compressed Air systems around the South and Southeast areas. Please note, this role does include joining a on call rota one week every month, in return you will receive standby and overtime payments.
- Compressed Air Engineer Requirements:
- The successful candidate must have a proven background working within a similar position, ideally over 6 years’ experience as a Compressor Engineer.
- Experience with 3 phase systems, FGAS, desirable.
- Must have a strong mechanical engineering background.
- Mechanical and Electrical fault-finding skills.
- Can read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
- IT Literate.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to join the monthly on call rota.
Compressed Air Engineer Benefits:
- Salary up to £47,000 depending on experience.
- Stand by payment of £150 every 4 weeks.
