This is a progressive position with potential for very respectable earnings once the successful candidate is fully trained and capable.
A suitable applicant will be self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to improve.
The position is that of an engineer’s mate, to work usually as a pair and sometimes in larger groups, to install mostly Compressed Air equipment and pipework in both manufacturing factories and on construction sites.
We install machinery and pipework of various types, including threaded steel, aluminium bespoke systems, copper, and stainless steel, mainly for Compressed Air, nitrogen, and water systems.
Our work is mainly around the midlands but will take us further around the UK mainland too at times and sometimes includes overnight stays, all expenses and overnight bonus are included.
The work is widely varied and takes us to many different industries and places including construction sites, manufacturers of food, beverages, aerospace and engineering products to name a few.

CSCS SkillCard
IPAF (MEWP) Licence
PASMA
Full clean UK driving licence.
Experience of site working
Experience of pipework installing
Hours - Monday – Friday, 08:00am to 16:30pm plus overtime as necessary (40 hours/week with lunch break)
Some weekend work but not regularly
Some overnight, out of town work, but not regularly.
Holidays - 28 including public holidays.

Salary: £16,640.00-£23,000.00 per year
