This school, based in the historic and popular borough of Hounslow, is one of the top non-selective schools in London. Computing is a popular subject area within the school. The school can offer impressive facilities including a modern Computing / IT suite. Computing has an impressive uptake at A-Level so previous experience teaching at KS5 is advantageous.
Commencing from September 2024, the successful Computer Science Teacher will be offered a full-time permanent teaching contract.
ECTs will be provided with excellent mentorship and training from experienced practitioners. Computer Science Teachers with additional teaching experience will be offered a thorough induction, regular CPD sessions and the possibility of a TLR dependent on skillset and experience.

Your primary objective in this role will be to consistently deliver effective Computer Science lessons to GCSE and A-Level students. Your lessons will need to be creative, informative, challenging and engaging, captivating the focus of your students and boosting their knowledge. The school are looking to appoint a Computer Science Teacher who can demonstrate outstanding teaching and someone who is able to enrich and stretch the learning of pupils.
