Prospero Teaching are looking for a creative Computer Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Chester. This role is a full-time position, starting in January 2024 until the end February half term, and there is potential that it could be possibly longer. You will also be expected to teach key stage 3 and 4.
The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional support to students and demonstrate good behaviour and classroom assistant/management.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
- Location - Chester
- Position - Computer Science Teacher
- Start date - ASAP
- Duration - Long term booking
- Contract type - Full Time
- Minimum rate of pay - £120 per day
- Hours - 8:30AM - 3:30PM Monday to Friday
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Previous experience working in a school
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, training can be provided)
- Up to date Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, training can be provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
