Concession Manager

Become our first ever Concession Manager for our new space opening in Selfridges at the Trafford Centre in Manchester.

This role is pivotal in shaping the next phase of Loaf, and we're on the hunt for someone with a good dose of enthusiasm and a knack for leadership.

Are you ready to dive in? As the Concession Manager, you'll be steering the ship for our brand-new "loaf-cation." From overseeing sales to managing the team and inventory, you'll be the driving force behind making sure our little corner of Selfridges is a hit!

Imagine working with a small, tight-knit team where everyone pitches in. You'll be setting the example, ensuring that the team keeps the Loaf spirit alive and kicking.

You may know us as Loaf MCR? Well, we're expanding into even more artisanal treats with a hint of nostalgia! From our beloved mini loaf cakes to our latest creations, we're passionate about bringing joy through food. You'll be the first to sell, feedback and help us develop the next phase of our journey one cake at a time.

But it's not just about baking – it's about building a welcoming community. As our Concession Manager, you'll create an environment that's warm, friendly, and, most importantly, fun!

• A knack for creating a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers.
• Good management skills to keep things running smoothly.
• A passion for maintaining high standards in everything we do.
• A natural leader who can motivate and develop their team.
• Previous experience in store management with a solid track record.
• A head for business with an eye for spotting opportunities.
• Loads of energy and a willingness to learn and grow with us!

And if you happen to have a Level 3 Hygiene Certificate or experience in specialty coffee, that's a bonus!

5 Days across 7 Days of the Week. Mon - Sunday Flexibility.

Worth noting The Trafford Centre opens until 10 PM most days, so be good to have that in mind when applying for this role!
