Job Title: Concierge Assistant
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary:  £23,400 per annum Plus £4000 per annum London Allowance 
Working Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week 
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday either 9am - 17pm or 11am - 19pm
Location: Brixton, city of London

The difference you will make as a Concierge Assistant
This role is based at Vaughan House in Guildford. You will travel across the Guildford and Surrey area to different properties to ensure the overall safety and security of the properties and respond to faults as discovered.
You will also monitor access to schemes and visitors and meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices, reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
  • A driving licence and access to a car. This roles requires travel across Guildford and Surrey. Business mileage will be reimbursed in accordance with Riverside policy.
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Ability to demonstrate IT Skills to include a basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel as well as a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside; and complete relevant IT training where required

  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer and business needs, which may not include normal office hours and may include lone working
