Concierge / Handyperson

Porter/Concierge (with Handy Person skills) Putney up to GBP35k

We re working exclusively with a boutique managing agent known for their bespoke management of high quality RMC and smaller Freehold blocks across London.

On one such site, a long retained, medium sized Block (with communal gardens) in Putney, they now seek a full time employed Porter / Concierge (with basic handy person skills) as follows:

• Employed directly by the site, on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm
• Putney location, so you must be able to commute there daily in time for a 7am start
• Acting as Porter / Concierge / Handy Person dealing with resident queries, site security, visitor logs, parcel delivery, contractor oversight, basic maintenance (door adjustment, changing lightbulbs, occasional furniture assembly etc.) and grounds upkeep (keeping bin sheds/gardens tidy etc.)
• Reporting back to the managing agent as required, highlighting issues that may require their input or logging
• Maintaining professional working relationships with all residents at all times in order to ensure building rules (and lease covenants) are followed as required
• Ex Forces or Police background highly desirable
• Basic DIY / Maintenance Skills essential
• Excellent written & spoken English a must

Suitable Concierge / Porter applicants will come from a stable career background, meet the above criteria and seek a salary between GBP28-35k.
