Job Overview
We are currently recruiting forA Concierge Receptionistto join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in the Birmingham Area.
You will undertake duties including access and egress control to site, managing visitors, monitor CCTV, complete reports and many more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point contact for all visitors and tenants.
- Meet and greet all visitors and tenants.
- Drive positive customer experience.
- Reporting and handing over concerns.
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to.
- Ensure the security of the buildings through visual inspection.
About You:
- Be friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, inbox, email, and diary management, and have experience dealing with general email enquiries.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally.
- Be proactive, adaptable and use own initiative.
- An enthusiastic individual who is looking for an exciting new challenge and learns new skills quickly.
- SIA license preferable or candidate must be willing to undergo licensing.
