Our client is a leading manufacturer based in Stirling and are looking to add a Condition Monitoring Technicianto their team. The company has had extensive investment in recent times and are looking to expand their team!! This is a dayshift based role.
The Condition Monitoring Technician will be responsible for evaluating equipment failure modes and utilize engineering experience and training to develop solutions for eliminating potential failures.
The Role:
- Knowledge of appropriate Asset Management and Reliability Principles and have knowledge of how to optimise Operational and Engineering resources, monitor and report in line with Reliability principles would be beneficial
- Monitoring of Engineering Reliability scope and programme schedules.
- Experience of Vibration Analysis tools
- Monitor equipment performance and evaluate equipment history and failure trends to determine sources of poor component performance
The Candidate:
- Apprentice trained Mechanical Engineer
- HNC or equivalent qualification in a mechanical qualification
- Advanced maintenance work process knowledge and experience
- This could be the right role for a Mechanical Engineer with a base knowledge of Condition Monitoring to progress their career!!
