My client is an expanding business, fast paced & entrepreneurial business delivering events across multiple industries. As the portfolios grow and establish themselves, they require strong leadership to really shape and develop them fully. This will be a senior management role with large scale launches planned on top of already successful portfolios.

The Role…

For this role, the client requires an intelligent, experienced, ambitious and pro-active leader, who is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a product and portfolio to deliver both revenue growth and a market leading position ideally from a Content/Conference Production background, someone with strong scaling experience, validation & would like to take a number of lead portfolios with management of mid-tier managers & also a number of Conference Producers.

%CF; Take ownership of an event programme; develop and produce content briefs and market maps whilst managing a team of producers at differing levels.

%CF; Research and keep up-to-date with industry challenges to build market leading programmes and develop content ideas

%CF; Design and recommend programme format, content and timings

%CF; Find, approach and secure all speakers - experience of securing high-level speakers a must

%CF; Work with stakeholders to understand objectives and develop long term relationships with partners, sponsors, speakers, industry organisations and the media

%CF; Have a flair for writing copy to help market your programmes

We are looking for…

%CF; A minimum of 5 years Content Production experience – B2B conference production

%CF; Experience of working on large scale events preferred

%CF; Proven experience of delivering successful content programmes on repeat events and launches.

%CF; Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise, work independently, lead and inspire others

%CF; Experience of using digital tools or social media to increase audience engagement

%CF; Curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving ability
