SalaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a Configuration Manager to join a leading Aerospace and Defence company on an initial 6 month contract basis.
Role is Inside IR35, 1 day per week required on site, paying up to £45 per hour Umbrella (may be negotiable), candidates would need to be eligible for SC Clearance, can start on a baseline.
The main area of focus will be on the following activities –
• Review and verify documentation is suitable for progressing based on set guidelines
• Control the approval process of new documentation
• Control the processing of updates to existing documentation
• Record, distribute and control the documentation received from and sent to external parties
• Continuous Improvement activities
Skills And Knowledge Required
The supplier should have -
• Familiarity with Databases, especially PDM/PLM Toolset (Teamcenter).
• Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Strong administration skills (preferably in Documentation review and control)
• Good attention to detail
• Requires to be security cleared for reviewing Restricted/Official & Secret Documentation
Tasks Required

Key Deliverables
Provide configuration management support for the progressing of Project documentation within the RATS sector. The completion of the above defined tasks.
