THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a critical role within the New Business Models team within the Strategy and Sustinability function supporting the Connected Customer Manager who is responsible for developing customer-driven strategies and business propositions for all the key JLR Connected Customer attributes.
The role is focussed on defining JLR's Connected services and feature technology plans. They will support the delivery of aligned strategies for JLR that bolster the brand positioning and revenue targets. In addition, they will provide relevant analysis and Voice of Customer input to support the vision, direction, and delivery of development activities of new technologies for JLR. This is a role that provides key inputs into the creation of new products and services within JLR.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Provide analysis to gauge the market effect of future feature and service gaps
- Conduct volume, pricing and capacity analysis for new feature content
- Provide competitive analysis
- Provide Voice of Customer input for customer related features and services
- Develop initial business cases
- In cooperation with the Finance and Vehicle Product line partners define and agree the optimal Go To Market pricing and packaging strategies for new and existing features and services
- Provide analysis and recommendations on which markets to expand into next
- Support in marketing campaigns to improve awareness and usage of our connected services
- Support in the sourcing and onboarding of new suppliers and partnerships
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Customer Experience mind-set
- Experience of conducting volume, pricing and capacity analysis
- Experience of developing business cases
- Strong knowledge of consumer insights and Voice of Customer
- Creativity in problem solving and presenting dense data visually
