Key Role Responsibilities:
Take ownership of managing, planning, and budgeting for your assignments, involving direct client liaison, equipment coordination, and on–site investigations.Craft articulate and comprehensive formal technical and expert reports, clearly presenting your opinions and findings.Respond to instructions from Solicitors, providing valuable support in legal cases.Embrace a full–time role based at our state–of–the–art laboratories in Clapham, London.Enjoy flexible working arrangements, including the option to work partially from home within a reasonable commuting distance of London.Travel to various sites within London and occasionally across the UK. Ideal Candidate Profile: Essential Qualifications:
Membership of RIBA.A genuine passion for historic building conservation, coupled with a minimum of 5 years' hands–on experience, encompassing expertise in failure investigation and building pathology.Proven proficiency in crafting detailed technical reports tailored for clients and collaborating seamlessly with fellow consultants.The ability to develop persuasive proposals, provide accurate quotations, and manage ongoing costs with precision.A collaborative team spirit, recognizing that continuous learning is at the core of professional growth.Possession of a valid driver's license.
