Construction Account Handler

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Account Handler to join their thriving team specialising in Construction based near Hendon. This is a full time, permanent role with competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum and benefits on offer.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service delivery to Construction insurance customers. As an Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in providing dedicated support to an Account Executive and delivering a quality service to new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will include providing advice on suitable policies and risk management, processing and negotiating with clients and underwriters, issuing accurate and compliant documentation, handling claims, renewals and midterm adjustments of policies.

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience in dealing with construction / commercial lines insurance
• Excellent administrative skills and background
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proven track record of retention
• Passion for customer services and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills
