The Role Duties:
- The Quality Compliance Manager, will be pulling together a number of areas of our clients construction services business, with the goal of helping the multi-disciplinary practice achieve its ISO 19650 compliance, by delivering greater efficiency, standardisation of their technical / architectural drawing's procedures, components, and their data infrastructure / data management processes.
- Ensure the business has the most robust accurate QMS possible.
- Developing and maintaining their UKAS accredited ISO Management Systems for existing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO (phone number removed) and new ISO 19650 (BIM).
- Carrying out Quality and Compliance internal audits, to agreed timescales and frequencies.
- Support the external auditing / compliance bodies with their audits.
- Generating and maintenaning all QC documentation, in conjunction with the wider construction practice teams.
- Accountable for ensuring auditing and quality control of documents, outputs and project delivery across the business.
- Assist with the attainment and implementation and maintenance of the Company's current certifications, accreditations and memberships for example Achilles, Construction Line, RIBA, RICS, plus in the future support any new applications.
Key skills and experience:
- Have a proven track record of achieving and maintaining best management systems to UKAS ISO standards within a multi-disciplinary Construction industry. Particuarly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO (phone number removed).
- Any experience or knowledge of the new ISO 19650 (BIM) would be great as a bonus attribute.
- Quality & Compliance Process Champion, plus Framwork guru.
- An understanding of REVIT and AUTOCAD would be advantageous.
- Strong professionla communication skills at all levels.
- A Team player, focused on Quality, Compliance & Customer Service.
