The team specialises in all forms of dispute management, avoidance and resolution including expert determination, adjudication, mediation, litigation and international arbitration (LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, DIAC and others) for high-profile clients across the world. You will be joining an extremely well-resourced team and have the opportunity for autonomy as well as the scope for business development.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and qualities:
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a reputable residential property practice
- Impressive academics
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective, prompt, and efficient service to clients.
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual.
- Excellent client relationship skills and effective communication.
- Collaborative team player who has experience in mentoring and guiding junior members of the team
