   • Proven experience in project management and site supervision.
   • Chartered status is a plus.

2. Tradespeople (CSCS required for all):

   • Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Bricklayers, and more.
   • Relevant trade certifications and experience.
   • CSCS card and any other industry-specific certifications.

3. Labourers:

   • Enthusiastic and hardworking individuals.
   • CSCS Green Labourer card.
   • Willingness to learn and contribute to diverse tasks.

4. Health and Safety:

   • NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
   • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

5. Project Management:

   • Proven experience in construction project management.
   • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
   • PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a bonus.

6. iPATH (Industrial Performance in Access and Scaffolding Trade):

   • Certification for those involved in scaffolding and access work.
   • Essential for roles requiring working at heights.
