Job Title: HSEQ Coordinator

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + benefits (negotiable on experience)

Position Overview:

As a Construction HSEQ Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality practices on their construction. You will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations, implement best practices, and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Monitor and analyse HSEQ performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address HSEQ concerns and promote a proactive approach to risk management.
• Conduct incident investigations and provide recommendations for preventive measures.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Relevant HSEQ qualifications/certifications are desirable.
