Working with our clients in the area and nationwide and based from our offices in Milton Keynes, this Estimator role will both challenge you and enable you to grow in capability and confidence.
There is an excellent support network around you within our in-house teams whilst you get to grips with the job. We will of course test and challenge your abilities, but this will enable you to evolve and expand your range of skills as you keep learning and evolving with the role.
About the Role
You will be working with clients who are established industry icons as well as smaller clients. This Estimator role involves delivering complex Design-Build solutions to a diverse range of commercial clients. The projects are wide-ranging, so the challenges are varied every day.
You will be responsible for the design and pricing of interiors and refurbishment works, including direct liaison with our clients and presentation of tender submissions.
You will maintain close contact with the client and suppliers throughout the tender stages and hand them over to our Project Delivery Team when the job is won. Your end goal is winning the client's trust and helping our business grow.

The salary for this Estimator role is dependent on experience.

This role would suit candidates with experience in the commercial construction and interiors industry as an Estimator. Experience in design-build, refurbishment and as a QS or Quantity Surveyor would be an advantage. Apply today to join our growing team.
Essential Skills
- An understanding of and experience in the commercial construction and interiors industry
- Experience with pricing up commercial construction and interior works
- Ability to work with IT systems
- An understanding of budgets, programmes and the commercial viability of a project
- Good communication skills, a team player and confidence in dealing with the client
Desirable Skills
- Quantity Surveying skills or experience
- Construction Management qualification
