This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead in the induction, delivery, and assessment of BTEC, T-Levels, and NVQ programmes from levels 1-5. The successful candidate will also carry out Internal Verification on agreed programmes, adhering to College policies. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to the development and support of a range of construction programmes, ensuring learners receive a high-quality educational pathway into the construction industry.
Who are we looking for?
- Level 4/5 qualification in Construction or a related specialty
- Level 3 Assessor qualification or equivalent or willing to work towards
- Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
- A Level 5 teaching qualification is highly desirable, but not essential
- Proven experience of working within the Construction Industry at senior decision making and/or supervisory level
- A demonstrable record of leading or providing major contribution to significant Construction Projects
- Have a detailed understanding of the NVQ Code of Practice
- Have knowledge of current developments in occupational area
