The role involves managing professional indemnity disputes, particularly defending construction professionals, supporting
Construction PI issues across the firm, and handling complex policy coverage matters. You'll work with leading insurers and major brokers, delivering commercial advice and collaborating closely with key clients, while also developing your own network within the market.
Candidate Requirements:- 2+ years PQE relevant experience in construction claims
- Defense and coverage experience
- Excellent practical and commercial advisory skills
- Good interpersonal skills, as the role is client-facing
