The Construction Project Manager Role
As the Construction Project Manager, your primary focus will be on managing specialized projects within the Public Healthcare Sector, notably NHS projects, with project values ranging from £1 million to £60 million. Additionally, you will have the chance to work on Commercial, Residential, and Education projects, broadening your experience and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage specialized Construction Projects within the Healthcare Sector.
- Handle contract administration, preparation, and evaluation.
- Manage change orders and provide regular progress reports.
- Ensure meticulous oversight of project schedules, budgets, and resources.
The Construction Project Manager
- Ideally MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualified or working towards such qualifications.
- Experience in a PM Consultancy role post-graduation.
- Practical construction knowledge, preferably with a focus on healthcare projects.
- Extensive understanding and experience within the Healthcare Sector.
- Previous managerial skills are desirable, demonstrating leadership capability.
- A strong team player with excellent collaborative skills.
