Construction Site Administrator

Bennett and Game are currently representing an award-winning façade construction business who are seeking a Construction Site Administrator to join the team on a project based in Wembley.

The Construction Site Administrator will support the project teams by delivering exceptional site office coordination and administrative duties at project level, to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the site office.

This would be a full time - fixed term role (expected to end May 2025)

Please note these are only selected duties across some of the onsite, project administration and general administration duties which will occur.

• Compile and upload all site safety weekly paperwork to Project Document Management System (Asite)
• Daily distribution of Build Packs
• Weekly Safety Paperwork - distribute for completion, manage return, check for accuracy and upload to Asite
• Order and allocation of PPE
• Conduct Site Visitor Inductions
• Daily distribution of Build Packs
• Weekly Safety Paperwork - distribute for completion, manage return, check for accuracy and upload to Asite
• Order and allocation of PPE
• Conduct Site Visitor Inductions

• Must come across professional
• Construction experience advantageous
